This role leads the strategy, development, and evolution of customer-facing analytics products that turn complex healthcare data into actionable business <insights.You> will guide a high-performing team of analysts and analytics engineers while shaping products that support operational efficiency, financial performance, and better decision-making.Acting as a bridge between customers, product management, engineering, data teams, and business stakeholders, you will translate real-world needs into scalable analytics solutions.The position combines people leadership, product strategy, analytics expertise, and a strong understanding of healthcare and market <dynamics.You> will influence the analytics roadmap, identify opportunities for differentiation, and ensure products deliver measurable value to customers.Success will require both strategic vision and hands-on collaboration across the full product development lifecycle.This is an opportunity to shape data-driven products in a dynamic health technology environment with broad organizational impact.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for analytics product offerings, establishing priorities and roadmaps that align customer needs with business objectives.
- Partner with Product Management leadership to identify opportunities for new analytics products, data services, and insight-driven capabilities.
- Translate customer needs into scalable analytics solutions, product requirements, and roadmap priorities.
- Evaluate market trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and product innovation.
- Develop a deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, reimbursement models, operational metrics, and customer business challenges.
- Engage directly with product management and customers to understand reporting, benchmarking, and decision-support requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and analytics engineers, fostering strong analytical thinking, customer engagement, and product development practices.
- Establish standards for analytics product design, metric definitions, insight generation, and overall analytical quality.
- Coach team members and support their professional growth while maintaining a high standard of execution.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver analytics capabilities effectively.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure the necessary data assets and metrics are available, reliable, and scalable.
- Drive adoption and usage of analytics products through customer feedback, continuous improvement, and a strong focus on measurable customer value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, healthcare, technical, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, healthcare data, data products, or a related field.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including experience developing and managing high-performing analytical teams.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence both technical and business audiences.
- Experience delivering customer-facing analytics, reporting products, insight products, or data-driven SaaS capabilities is preferred.
- Healthcare software or healthcare analytics experience is preferred.
- Experience with benchmarking products, operational intelligence platforms, or decision-support solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with healthcare claims, revenue cycle, HME, pharmacy, or post-acute care markets is preferred.
- Experience monetizing analytics or data products is a plus.
- Strong product thinking, strategic judgment, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Competitive base salary, with the current estimated range of $170,000–$212,000 for applicable US-based positions; compensation for remote positions outside the US is determined based on geographic location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
