ポジション概要

CVD/PVDプロセスエンジニアとして、他のプロセスエンジニアや設備エンジニアで構成されるチームと協力し、製品の品質と信頼性向上に向けたプロセスの立ち上げ、開発、最適化を担当いただきます。

また、プロセスの歩留まり向上、コスト削減、生産性向上、リスク管理に取り組むほか、製造ラインにおける問題解決も担っていただきます。

本ポジションでは、故障解析、FMEA、8D、SPCなどの手法を活用しながら、プロセスに関連する課題の特定、診断、解決を行います。

さらに、プロセス変更の実施に伴う装置・材料・製造条件の評価および最適化、新規プロセスのベースライン認定、歩留まり改善活動やコスト削減活動の推進、ならびに材料サプライヤーとの連携や監査を通じて、品質・コスト・リスク管理の目標達成に貢献していただきます。

製造装置、プロセス、ウェハ製造レシピの改善を通じて歩留まりを最大化するとともに、ウェハ製造における問題のトラブルシューティングや根本原因分析を実施します。

また、他のプロセス部門と連携しながらプロセス逸脱を把握・管理し、必要に応じてシフトエンジニアリングや関連部門と協力して欠陥問題の調査を行います。

さらに、製品が設計および性能仕様を満たしていることを評価・検証し、新製品や新規デバイスを効率的に製造するために必要なプロセス改善や設備変更の提案を行っていただきます。

• CVD/PVDプロセス条件および製造技術の確立・改善
• プロセス能力向上および製造コスト削減活動の推進
• プロセス管理プロジェクトの立案・改善
• 各種半導体製造装置のプロセスパラメータ設定および最適化
• 新規装置・材料の評価、導入推進および計画立案
• 異常解析、トラブルシューティングおよび改善活動
• 歩留まり向上および品質改善活動の推進
• FMEA、8D、SPCなどの品質管理手法を活用した課題解決
• プロセス変更に伴う装置・材料・製造条件の評価および認定
• 海外生産拠点との技術交流、情報共有および標準化活動への参画

募集要件

• 理系学士以上
• 製造業における量産工程でのプロセス開発、工程改善、歩留まり改善、生産性向上の経験（業界不問）
• ※半導体業界でのプロセスエンジニア経験をお持ちの方は歓迎します
• 関係部門やベンダーを含む多様なステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を推進できる方
• 日本語による円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方（JLPT N1相当）
• 英語による基本的なコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
