As a Breast Surgery Program Coordinator at MercyOne, you will
- Coordinate Program accreditation
- Facilitate Breast Surgery program activities
- Serve as a backup/extension of the Breast Care Navigator
- Represent MercyOne for Breast Cancer related community health education and promotion
- Work in conjunction with Mammo Department to coordinate Breast Surgery/mammo screening programs
- Adhere to all safety, infection control and colleague health policies and procedures
- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior
Schedule
- 40 hours a week
- Day shift
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree: BSN or BA in Health Education, Health Promotion, or Health Management preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or other related medical program
- Licensure or certification in accordance with education
- BLS
- MRT
- Minimum of 2 years Healthcare related clinical experience
- High language, intermediate math, high reasoning ability
- Personal computer
- Ability to work with diverse group of people
