About The Role

[What the role is]

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful professional to support school operations, facilities management, AV systems, project coordination, procurement, security access, and administrative functions.

[What you will be working on]

  • Provide operational and technical support for the School's Audio Visual (AV) systems and facilities.
  • Involve in facilities development and improvement projects, including system upgrades, renovations, furniture procurement, and space enhancement initiatives.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to resolve facilities-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and oversee facilities and asset management records, including finance and procurement documentation, databases, and reporting.
  • Provide logistical and operational support for school events, activities, and programmes.
  • In charge of keys and security management (e.g. card access control) within the school.
  • Coordinate and administer staff seating allocation and workspace arrangements.
  • Work closely across schools and corporate departments on administrative and operational matters.
  • Provide a broad range of administrative support for the departments.
  • Participate in School-wide and Polytechnic-level committees, projects, and initiatives.
  • Support other admin teams (e.g. Assets and Staff Team), when required.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties or tasks assigned.

[What we are looking for]

  • Relevant qualifications with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in facilities, operations, project coordination, or administrative support will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, meticulous and detail-oriented individual to support the school’s facilities, operations and administrative functions.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
