Contract Specialist

Are you looking to build your career in clinical research and gain hands-on experience in contracts negotiations? Join Fortrea as a Contract Specialist and support the successful delivery of global clinical trials.

In this role, you’ll work closely with study teams, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to prepare, negotiate, and manage site agreements and related contracts.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare, review and negotiate site agreements, confidentiality agreements and other clinical trial contracts
• Track contract status and ensure timely execution to support study timelines
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and updates in internal systems
• Support contract approvals and ensure compliance with SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines
• Work closely with clinical teams, legal and project stakeholders to minimise delays
• Identify and escalate risks or issues during the contracting process
• Provide regular updates on contract status and progress

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree (law, life sciences, business or similar) or equivalent experience
• 1–2+ years of experience in contracts, clinical research, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Interest in contract negotiation and clinical trial processes
