About The Role

Lead QA/QC activities for the offshore SURF scope.
Supervise EPC Contractor and subcontractor QA/QC activities.
Review Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures and quality documentation.
Lead audits, inspections and contractor/supplier assessments.
Manage NCRs, CARs, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Monitor quality KPIs, trends and improvement actions.
Coordinate QA/QC supervisors covering materials, NDT, welding and coating.
Interface with contractors, suppliers, Certifying Authority and project management.
Ensure compliance with project, contractual and applicable quality requirements.
Support construction, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
15+ years’ Oil & Gas project experience.
Strong QA/QC experience on large-scale offshore/EPC projects .
Proven SURF experience.
Expertise in NDT, welding and metallurgy .
Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and QA/QC teams.
Strong knowledge of audits, inspections, NCR/CAR and quality management systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Starting date: October 2026 (subject to FID)
Duration: 1.5 years minimum to 5 years
