You will gain practical exposure to the design, development, construction, commissioning and handover of mission-critical data centres, supported by experienced colleagues and a structured development approach.During the selection process, we will assess your interests, strengths and technical background and place successful candidates into the area most suited to <them.Engineering> pathwayEngineering graduates may be assigned to teams supporting:Design management and coordinationEngineering solutions and technical reviewsCommissioning, testing and operational readinessProject coordination, quality assurance and issue resolutionYou will work with internal teams, consultants, contractors and vendors to help ensure that systems are designed, tested and ready for safe, reliable <operation.Construction> pathwayConstruction graduates may be assigned to the Delivery team, supporting the planning and execution of data centre construction <projects.You> will gain hands-on exposure to site coordination, programme tracking, contractor management, safety, quality, risk management and project handover.What you will doSupport project teams with technical coordination, documentation and reporting.Participate in site inspections, meetings, testing activities and project walk-downs.Assist with reviewing drawings, technical submissions, work packs, test plans and project <records.Help> identify, track and resolve technical issues, defects and outstanding <works.Work> closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors and <vendors.Support> safety, quality and operational-readiness requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Take on increasing responsibility as your experience, skills and confidence develop.What we are looking forA recent graduate, or final-year student graduating soon, with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Built Environment or a related discipline.For the Engineering pathway, a background in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Controls, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline is preferred.Strong interest in data centres, critical infrastructure, engineering, construction or project delivery.Practical aptitude, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly.Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, site-based environment.Good written and spoken English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar tools is advantageous.Willingness to work primarily on project sites and travel within Singapore and occasionally across APAC where required.STACK is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only activities to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
