Apple is looking for an outstanding, passionate, collaborative and self-driven individual to successfully manage multiple concurrent program deployment in the channel. You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs that drives sales and customer experience; whilst ensuring that Apple standards are understood, deployed and delivered to schedule by all channel partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.

## Description

This role is highly collaborative, requiring deep levels of cooperation and influential working relationships. The incumbent will partner with WW, regional and country teams, along with external partner stakeholders and vendors, to ensure channel programs are deployed effectively and in line with sales strategy and objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen and commercial competencies, a background in retail sales and merchandising, a solid understanding of the key tenets of branding, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine passion for Apple’s ecosystem. Experience working with distributors and retailers is essential, along with deep knowledge of the South Asian consumer market and its key players. Willingness to work hours that suit business needs is required.

## Minimum qualifications

7+ years of related experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Background in project/program management, sales enablement, and/or a similar function

Deep knowledge of channel sales, including strategies and processes required to scale and evolve impactful programs

Demonstrated excellence in project management, including financial planning, budget management, vendor coordination, branding and scalability

## Preferred qualifications

Perform well in high-pressure situations, and are comfortable with a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

Extensive practical experience managing store fit-outs and fixture installations, with a creative eye for retail design and passion for delivering outstanding customer experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and content development experience in Keynote, Numbers, and Pages
