Assistant Manager, Warehouse Fulfillment — Malaysia

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Assistant Manager to oversee our daily warehouse fulfillment operations. In this critical role, you will take ownership of the warehouse floor, driving picking and packing efficiency to support a fast-paced e-commerce ecosystem. You will act as a key driver of fulfillment success by managing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are strictly met, especially during high-volume campaign periods.

What You'll Do

Oversee end-to-end daily warehouse operations, continuously optimizing picking, packing, and general workflows for maximum efficiency.
Strategically schedule and manage the workforce, including allocating overtime (OT) and coordinating part-time staff to meet fluctuating e-commerce order volumes.
Drive fulfillment execution, actively monitor strict SLAs, and oversee the complete order management lifecycle to maintain customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary owner of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related application workflows to ensure accurate task delegation and live inventory reconciliation.

Who You Are

Possess at least 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in warehouse fulfillment operations.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of warehouse floor mechanics, workflow optimization strategies, and WMS navigation.
Exhibit a high sense of ownership and commitment, thriving in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to drive results.
Demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities to independently manage floor staff and resolve fulfillment issues.

Nice To Have

A strong background in the e-commerce sector, with familiarity handling high-volume campaign fulfillment.
Experience with specific industry-standard WMS software.
