Content Creator — Thailand

About The Role

We are looking for a beauty-obsessed social media creator ready to scale their impact as a Content Creator within our Creator Growth team! In this role, you will lead the end-to-end creative production from analyzing viral social media trends and developing high converting content strategies to filming and editing top-tier short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). Working at the intersection of creator influence and performance marketing, you will drive measurable brand engagement and commerce growth for leading beauty brands across Asia.

What You Will Do

Ideate & Strategize: Drive brainstorming sessions to build end-to-end content calendars, translating beauty trends (e.g., skincare routines, makeup tutorials) into high-performing video concepts.

Execute Production: Lead end-to-end video production, managing smartphone setups, lighting, aesthetic staging, and directing on-camera talent or hosting videos directly.

Edit & Optimize: Edit high-converting, viral-ready video content using tools such as CapCut; optimize hook rates, sound trends, and visual pacing for maximum retention.

Analyze Performance & Trends: Monitor daily social media algorithms and perform analytical reviews on video metrics to refine future creative direction using a problem-solving mindset.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, brand partners, and creators to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand alignment.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, with 0–2 years of experience in video production, content creation, or digital marketing.

Deep passion for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty culture; highly knowledgeable about top beauty brands, creators, and online communities.

Hands-on mastery of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Lemon8 algorithms; advanced skills in short-form video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and aesthetic photo/video composition.

Proficient in English and Thai for internal and external collaboration.
