About The Role
As a Supplier Quality Engineer I here at Honeywell, Aerospace you will be a key member of the Supplier Quality Engineering team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our suppliers' products and processes. You will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring that our suppliers meet Honeywell's quality standards and strategy.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell Aerospace’s supply chain by supporting supplier quality improvement initiatives, assisting in supplier audits, and helping to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Honeywell's quality standards
- Work with a multi-functional team to disposition supplier parts discrepancies.
- Support supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 1-3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role
- Basic knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies
- Familiarity with supplier quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and supplier audits
- Experience with quality management systems and supplier quality metrics is preferred
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Internship or co-op experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality roles
- Knowledge of industry quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and advanced product quality planning (APQP)
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and grow within the role
