About The Role

Moving Doors is a tech-enabled property management and flexible living company providing fully furnished, design-led apartments for mid- to long-term stays. Operating across Limassol, Paphos and Athens, the company combines hospitality standards with technology and operational excellence to deliver a seamless living experience for guests and property owners.

As we continue to expand, with over 500 units already under management we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Athens.

The role will provide administrative and operational support across different teams, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and an efficient experience for both internal teams and external partners.

Office & Facilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, utilities, and other facilities-related matters.
  • Monitor and replenish office and warehouse supplies for our apartments, maintain accurate stock and supplier records, and coordinate quotations, orders, deliveries, purchases, and related supplier invoices.
  • Coordinate office access, visitors, meeting rooms, and general workplace arrangements.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support the Business Development and Sales teams with contracts for new properties and related administrative processes through Taxisnet and internal systems.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, letters, and packages.
  • Provide administrative support forsupplier and service provider invoices, ensuring documentation is complete and properly filed.

Management & General Support

  • Organise meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and other administrative requirements for senior management.
  • Provide general administrative support to local teams with ad hoc projects and office-related tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google workspace
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
