• •Controls subordinate staff.
• •Controls the technical and administrative operations of the division.
• •Liaises with the public other municipal departments and outside organisations.
• •Actively promotes safety and accident prevention with respect to staff on site including
• •Contractors which includes training and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• •Undertaking related assignments.

•Subject to periodic call-outs after hours and on weekends and public holidays.

Essential Requirements

• •Trade Tested Artisan (Plumber or Bricklayer or in the Construction industry).
• •Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• •5 years post apprenticeship experience of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
