Job Description

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Responsible for collaborating with the PM to formulate product project pilot run and mass production plans, ensuring that all objectives and milestones are clearly defined.
• Execute and follow up on new product introductions to ensure compliance with company processes, enabling smooth mass production of new products.
• Implement customer and BU ECN changes, as well as manage projects that have not been produced for a long time, ensuring timely and accurate introduction to meet customer or BU requirements.

1. Project Resource Coordination and Management:

• Assist in the early application and coordination of resources required for the project, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in managing the scrapping and inventory value of trial production finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials, effectively reducing losses from scrapped or stagnant inventory.

1. Quality Control:

• Assist in handling major quality anomalies during the production process to ensure products meet company standards and enable smooth production.
• Perform daily "Three Actuals" (actual site/actual object/actual time) and participate in daily production meetings to monitor and update the progress of customer visits/audit plans/major projects.

1. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate with BU, production, engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure product manufacturing meets company quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and shipping targets.

1. Main Point of Contact for Customer/BU Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer/BU communication, responsible for integrating information and countermeasures from relevant internal factory units.
• Assist in preparations for customer visits to the factory.
