About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in the leasing and/or sale of industrial and logistics properties across Singapore.
- Responsible for increasing revenue through prospecting industrial occupiers and sourcing new business leads.
- Proactively identify business development activities of existing and new clients through direct contact and external industry platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses to clients.
- Responsible for the transaction management and coordination with internal and external parties to complete property transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, zoning regulations, and property values.
- Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.
- Support the Department Head in any strategic business initiatives.
- Degree holder with minimum  5 years of working experience in property sales and leasing, especially in the industrial sector.
- Must hold a  valid CEA License .
- Be highly motivated with an appetite to not only reach the business development objectives but to exceed them
- Proven track record of successful transactions in the industrial and logistics sector.
- Strong network of industry contacts and market intelligence with a good understanding of real estate markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
