Job Description

Job Summary

Provides compassionate and skilled nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients within a specialized hospital setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implements the identified plan and coordinates care delivery
• Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment
• Evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes
• Applies the principles of professional codes of ethics that ensure individual rights in all areas of practice
• Utilizes current evidence-based nursing knowledge, including research findings, to guide and evaluate practice.
• Utilizes current resources related to standards of care, policies and procedures, and patient needs.

Required Qualifications

• RN License in State of Practice
• BLS-Basic Life Support

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN
• 2 years of Acute Care Nursing


Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
