We are currently looking for a Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guest’ needs and expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with guest, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Encourage a positive working environment
• Supports the manager with up-selling features
• Have a thorough working knowledge of all products within the bar
• Maintain a flexible approach to duties and working hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage

Requirement

• Proven work experience as Bartender
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
