Lead MIS Executive

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead MIS Executive to join our dynamic team at Digitide Solutions Limited. In this role, you will lead and manage the MIS team, ensuring efficient and effective MIS operations. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing data management processes and driving the department's success. As a key member of the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.

• Lead and manage the MIS team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance data management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of data, identifying trends and insights to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to align MIS operations with business goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance MIS operations.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and performance appraisals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing MIS teams.
