Client Services Officer

About The Role
Key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to
- Respond to daily enquiries from institutional clients, financial advisers and high net worth investors regarding fund performance, statements and transactions.
- Manage new client onboarding, including subscription and redemption documentation and AML and KYC requirements.
- Manage client service inboxes and incoming enquiries, ensuring requests are prioritised and responded to within agreed service standards.
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records in Salesforce, including contact and account information.
- Liaise with internal Operations, Compliance and Fund Accounting teams to resolve operational matters, including settlement issues and cash reconciliations.
- Prepare and distribute client reports, presentations and marketing materials for investors, consultants, researchers and platform partners.
- Assist with product dashboards and reporting for internal committees.
- Support marketing activities, including website updates, fund collateral and topic papers.
- Assist with client meetings, events and investor functions as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Distribution, Product, Operations, Compliance and Fund Accounting to deliver a high standard of client service.
About you
- You have a degree in economics, finance, business or similar, with 1–3 years’ experience in financial services, funds management, wealth management, client service, distribution support or a related environment.
- You enjoy working in a team and sharing information with other team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of working autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- You have a genuine interest in financial markets and are keen to build your knowledge.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus.
