Bilingual Senior Project Manager

About The Role
Are you an established project manager with a passion for complex digital projects? Do you enjoy working closely with customers, mobilizing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering concrete solutions while respecting budget, schedule and scope?
Join our dynamic project management team, supported by a structured PMO, reliable tools and a culture of continuous improvement. You'll take on a variety of software, web and mobile development mandates, all supported by a rigorous follow-up methodology.
As a Senior Project Manager at Spiria, you will be required to
- Lead teams in the design, execution and delivery of digital projects;
- Establish a relationship of trust with our clients by acting as their main point of contact and advisor;
- Keep projects on track in terms of time, budget and functionality, using performance indicators and Earned Value Management (EVM);
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and interest in the business reality and objectives pursued by customers;
- Identify the risks, estimate the efforts, anticipate the challenges and optimize the use of resources throughout the project;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and the sharing of best practices within the team;
- Adapt communication according to interlocutors, context and objectives, while maintaining a fluid and professional collaboration;
- Enable a collaborative climate by resolving minor conflicts in a professional manner and motivating the team towards common goals;
- Any other related tasks.
The keys to your success
- 8 years of professional experience in digital project management (software, web, mobile, etc.);
- Have a university degree in management or computer science;
- Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)*;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate well within multidisciplinary teams;
- Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to adapt quickly to achieve objectives on time;
- Knowledge of Earned Valued Management methodology;
- Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK standard;
- Concrete experience with Jira and Confluence in a professional context;
- Good knowledge of Agile management principles;
- PMP, Scrum and Product Owner certification (an asset).
Employment details

- Salary range: $90 000-120 000, based on a 37.5-hour workweek.
