Supply Chain Specialist with Spanish

About The Role
Your Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders in SAP/ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
- Create and maintain customer price lists and support pre-sales activities.
- Process various types of orders, including standard, warehouse, consignment, and trial orders.
- Coordinate order fulfillment activities with Sales Offices, Production Planning, and other internal teams.
- Process order changes and maintain accurate order data in ERP systems.
- Monitor customer credit limits and coordinate shipment releases with Logistics teams.
- Allocate available materials to customer orders and create shipment requests in ERP systems.
- Handle logistics-related inquiries and coordinate solutions for delivery or documentation issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and planned production schedules.
- Prepare and provide customers with certificates, invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, and other required documentation.
- Manage customer claims in SAP, CRM, and other relevant systems, coordinating corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain and update customer master data, including addresses and communication preferences.
- Cooperate with Accounts Receivable teams regarding payment-related matters.
- Manage proforma invoices, monitor payments, and support dispatch release processes.
- Coordinate orders involving letters of credit and consignment stock arrangements.
- Participate in projects, process improvement initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Support the creation of training materials and operational documentation.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, or order management platforms will be considered an asset.
