Dent Wizard is looking for a Fleet Specialist to join our team. In this role, your essential job functions will include the following:
- Work collaboratively with our Fleet Management Company (Mike Albert) to maintain all vehicles with up-to-date titles, registrations and renewals
- Ensure fleet compliance with state and federal vehicle regulations
- Track and maintain accurate fleet records and documentation and coordinate with vendors and agencies to resolve title or registration issues
- Maintain and process powers of attorney related to vehicle transactions and ensure proper documentation for vehicle transfers, registrations, and disposals
- Coordinate with legal, vendors, and state agencies on required documentation
- Administer fleet fuel card program for all drivers and monitor fuel transactions for accuracy, misuse, and cost control
- Maintain driver and vehicle assignments within fuel system
- Support fleet telematics operations, including managing device inventory (collecting unused devices, fulfilling device requests, and shipping devices to vehicles as needed)
- Maintain accurate driver and vehicle assignments across all fleet platforms (Azuga, WEX, Mike Albert Overdrive, and NetSuite) when changes occur, such as driver transitions to a new vehicle
- Generate and distribute telematics reports on utilization, mileage, driver behavior, and vehicle performance to support field awareness and leadership decision-making
- Coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance activities, working primarily through Mike Albert and directly with vendors as needed
- Track open repair and maintenance work orders and communicate status updates directly to field managers and technicians
- Manage the vehicle end-of-lease and disposal process through Mike Albert, including coordinating vehicle condition reports and end-of-lease return logistics
- Build and maintain effective vendor relationships and resolve issues for the field related to fleet services and support
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping for audits and financial review
- Identify opportunities to improve fleet processes and systems
- Support additional projects and activities as necessary
Position Requirements
- 3+ years of supply chain/fleet management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline is preferred
- Strong technical and analytical skills necessary to provide input and/or build reports and analysis that substantiate research and findings
- Moderate to advanced skills with key business applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and Outlook
- Must be highly motivated and possess strong communication skills necessary to articulate Dent Wizard’s programs and business strategies that drive demand and position the company as the segment leader
- Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and change, with the ability to support multiple projects and business functions concurrently
- Ideal candidate will be passionate about learning, be collaborative, flexible, demonstrate initiative and demonstrate the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues
- Automotive parts and service experience is strongly preferred

Physical Job Requirements
- Travel 10%–15% as required
- Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen

- The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be
$70,000 -$73,000/year
