Job Description

• Responsible for tracking and processing customer service documentation;
• Responsible for the timely entry and updating of data in the ERP system; report any anomalies to the supervisor immediately;
• Provide support with data organization, statistics, and related tasks

Job Requirements

• Open to all majors; preference given to candidates with degrees in Logistics Management, International Business, or related fields;
• Good English proficiency;
• Proficient in using office software; preference given to candidates with strong data analysis skills;
• Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; diligent and conscientious; responsive and quick-thinking; highly responsible; and of good character;
• Available to work 5 business days per week
