Join us in one of Georgia’s fastest-growing communities—Columbia County, where exceptional public schools, affordable housing, and abundant outdoor recreation create an ideal setting for both personal and professional fulfillment. Conveniently located off I-20 at Exit 190 , the hospital is highly visible and easily accessible. The facility will be opening for patient care in Fall 2026 , with a modern design focused on clinical excellence and patient comfort

We are seeking full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physicians to join a brand-new primary care practice located directly next to Columbia County Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to build your practice from the ground up and be a cornerstone of a new healthcare hub in the community.

84 medical-surgical beds

16-bed ICU

40-bed full-service Emergency Department

Planned Level II Trauma Center

6 Operating Rooms

• 2 Cath/Interventional Radiology suites
• 2 Endoscopy suites
• Comprehensive medical and surgical specialties

Adjacent to the hospital is a state-of-the-art, four-story Medical Office Building (MOB) featuring

160 exam rooms

Anchored by all major medical and surgical specialties
