Data Talent Management Intern

• Create data visualizations and enhance interactive dashboards for Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to support accurate reporting and analysis.
• Monitor dashboard performance, ensure data is regularly updated, and troubleshoot reporting issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet, especially Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, formulas, and charts.
• Familiarity with data visualization.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work on-site in BSD City, South Tangerang
