Non Voice - Data Entry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Executive to handle end-to-end order processing. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Process and validate customer orders in Oracle Ensure purchase orders meet compliance standards Track order status and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate order records and documentation Generate order-related reports Communicate professionally with customers Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Non-IT) Experience in order management or customer service Proficient in Oracle Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy Excellent communication and multitasking skills Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Oracle.
• Review and validate purchase orders for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all order transactions.
• Generate reports related to order processing and fulfillment.

Communicate professionally with customers regarding order updates and inquiries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred. ( Non IT Profile)
• 1–3 years of experience in order management or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fusion, Salesforce).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
