Shipping & Receiving Specialist at Oraclecloud —

About The Role

Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and shipment documentation against purchase orders and delivery orders.
Perform visual inspection for damaged or incorrect materials and report discrepancies.
Process receiving transactions in the ERP system.
Coordinate with Quality Inspectors for incoming inspection activities when required.
Label and store materials in designated warehouse locations following established procedures.
Ensure proper handling of shelf-life and controlled materials.

Pick and prepare finished goods for shipment based on shipping schedules and customer requirements.
Process shipping transactions accurately in the ERP system.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation including packing lists and commercial invoices.
Coordinate shipment collections with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
Ensure products are packed and shipped according to work instructions and quality requirements.

Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the warehouse.
Support inventory accuracy through proper transaction processing and material handling.
Follow FIFO practices and storage requirements where applicable.
Comply with safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Secondary Education or equivalent.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing operations preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to perform system transactions.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical warehouse activities.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
