Job Description Summary

• Responsible for activities related to supporting corporate and business needs. Activities include building operations, training, customer experince and more.
• Develops tailored event or conference concepts and solutions to meet the client needs. May be involved in some aspects of event delivery.

Typical Capabilities

Scope: Multiple teams, smaller projects/ programs, and/or mid-size external customers.

Complexity: Integrates and communicates moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Acts as a resource to teammates. Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues.

Problem Solving: Independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions.

Knowledge & Skills: Senior professional role. Evaluates and selects the right course of action. Uses a variety of skills including but not limited to: sophisticated research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
