Senior Manager

Role Summary

A Senior Data Modeler with strong hands-on experience in designing analytical data models on Hadoop-based platforms, and working knowledge of data architecture principles to support large-scale, enterprise data ecosystems.

• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Develop scalable dimensional for analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to align models with platform and architectural standards
• Translate business requirements into high-quality, reusable data structures
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance across data layers
• Support impact analysis, data lineage, and metadata documentation
• 7+ years of experience in data modeling for large-scale data platforms
• Strong expertise in dimensional modeling, normalized and denormalized designs
• Hands-on experience modeling data on Hadoop ecosystems (Hive, HDFS, Impala, Spark SQL)
• Advanced SQL skills and deep understanding of analytical query patterns
• Experience working closely with data architects and engineering teams
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytics use cases
