Meat Processing Operative – 3 Positions

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (39 hours per week)

Start Date: 16 November 2026

Salary: €34,000 per annum

Fairgreen Products Ltd, trading as Noor Foods Naas, is recruiting three Meat Processing Operatives for our food production facility in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a long-term, permanent opportunity within an established food manufacturing business. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning meat products
• Operating food processing machinery safely and efficiently
• Packing, weighing, and labelling products in line with food safety regulations
• Maintaining strict hygiene and HACCP standards
• Carrying out quality control checks
• Assisting with production line operations and stock handling
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in meat processing required
• Ability to work in a chilled production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required
