About the Role

Village Roadshow Operations, a member of Antenna Group, is a leading entertainment company in Greece, best known for Village Cinemas and for delivering high-quality entertainment experiences to millions of customers annually.

As we continue to enhance our operations and digital capabilities, we are seeking a motivated SAP Business & Support Specialist to join our team.

The role combines SAP business process knowledge with application support and technical understanding. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, Procurement and other business teams, acting as a bridge between business requirements, SAP functionality and external SAP partners.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of core SAP business processes and functional knowledge of SD, MM, FI and CO, together with the ability to analyze issues, support users and participate in SAP improvement and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP application and business process support to users across the organization.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP requirements, improvements or configuration requests.
• Support and troubleshoot business processes across SAP SD, MM, FI and CO.
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations and other departments to identify issues and improve SAP-supported processes.
• Analyze incidents and user requests, identifying whether they relate to business processes, SAP configuration, master data, interfaces or technical issues.
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants and partners for configuration changes, developments and complex incidents.
• Participate in SAP projects, enhancements and process improvement initiatives, from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test scenarios, coordination with business users and validation of results.
• Support SAP master data processes and help ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support integrations between SAP and other company systems, including POS, payroll, reporting and other operational platforms.
• Assist in the design, testing and monitoring of interfaces and APIs between SAP and third-party systems.
• Support user administration, roles and authorizations in cooperation with internal IT and external SAP partners.
• Coordinate SAP transports, deployments and production changes when required.
• Monitor system and interface issues and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain documentation of business processes, system changes, interfaces, incidents and solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to SAP users and contribute to the development of an internal SAP knowledge base.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working with SAP, preferably in an application support, functional support, business analyst or similar role.
• Functional knowledge of the following SAP modules:
• SD – Sales & Distribution
• MM – Materials Management
• FI – Financial Accounting
• CO – Controlling
• Good understanding of how SAP supports end-to-end business processes such as sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, accounting and cost control.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements for SAP consultants and technical teams.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Experience with UAT, testing and implementation of system changes.
• Familiarity with SAP master data, user roles and authorizations.
• Good understanding of SAP system architecture and SAP environments (Development, Test and Production).
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and database concepts is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of integrations, interfaces and APIs between SAP and third-party applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying root causes and proposing practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with internal users and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Greek and English.
• SAP certification or relevant training in SD, MM, FI, CO or SAP S/4HANA will be considered a plus.
