You will play an important role in the overall student experience, supporting students as they adjust to living in Singapore, welcoming new arrivals, maintaining residence standards, enforcing community rules and helping create a positive international community.

  • Organise and participate in regular residence activities such as movie nights, games, cultural evenings, study sessions and festival celebrations.
  • Encourage students of different nationalities and backgrounds to interact and build friendships.
  • Be visible and approachable within the residence.
  • Contribute directly to student satisfaction and help ensure students have a positive experience during their time with EF Singapore.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain regular communication with the EF Singapore Operations team.
  • Provide updates on residence conditions and student issues.
  • Report maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Liaise with building/residence management when required.
