Job Responsibilities
As a Partnership Manager, Razer AI, you will be responsible for building and scaling the partner ecosystem for Razer QA Companion-AI, our human-in-the-loop, AI-powered Quality Engineering platform that helps game development studios and QA service providers accelerate game releases, improve product quality, and modernize testing workflows through vision-based AI bug detection and intelligent automation.
This individual will play a key role in expanding the QA Companion-AI ecosystem, gathering market intelligence to inform product strategy, and helping define and execute the platform's go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and execute the partnership strategy for Razer QA Companion-AI across AAA, AA and indie game studios & publishers along with QA providers.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners that can accelerate product adoption and future revenue growth.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Drive joint business planning and establish mutually beneficial go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and marketplace opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify integration opportunities that enhance the QA Companion-AI platform and create additional customer value.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and partner-led growth initiatives.
- Enable partners through training, workshops, product demonstrations, and sales readiness programs to ensure successful market execution.
- Monitor industry trends across AI, software engineering, DevOps, test automation, and enterprise software to identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
- Represent Razer AI at industry events, customer meetings, partner conferences, and executive briefings.
- Measure, analyze, and report on partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
Pre-Requisites
Mandatory Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or account management within technology/SaaS companies.
- Strong strategic relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences.
- Strategic thinker with experience in go-to-market, partner programs, or ecosystem growth.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, gaming, developer tools, or emerging technologies .
- Startup experience, with the ability to build programs and processes from the ground up.
- Familiarity with software development, testing, AI tools, or enterprise software.
- Experience working with game studios, developers, technology vendors, startups, or innovation programs.
- Passion for AI, gaming, and ecosystem building.
