UX Team Lead

Müller’s Solutions is looking for an experienced UX Team Lead to lead UX initiatives and drive user-centered design across digital products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI , with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role .
• Strong experience in user-centered design methodologies and end-to-end UX processes.
• Proven experience leading and developing UX/design teams.
• Strong knowledge of UX research, product discovery, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing .
• Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma .
• Experience designing and leading interactive web and mobile applications .
• Strong understanding of web and mobile interaction patterns and UX best practices .
• Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones .
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
