About The Role

•Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios
•Advanced knowledge of M&A concepts and relative valuation techniques
•Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
•Good understanding of capital markets
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
•Command in using research databases such as Capital IQ, Mergermarket, Refinitiv, Pitchbook, among others
•Prepare sector-focused newsletters
•Identify potential M&A clients for business development purpose
•Structure and prepare buy-side / sell-side pitch books
•Execute valuation analysis through market approach and income approach
•Structure and prepare sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and Management Presentations (MPs)
•Prepare three-statement financial models for M&A transactions
•Perform financial and operational benchmarking
•Prepare conference presentations
•Assemble Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) for M&A transactions
•Bid summary analysis using qualitative metrices and financial modelling (IRR / MM)
•Prepare locked box paper and funds flow models
