Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an

Patient Services Trainer

  • to join our hybrid team at
  • Shady Grove Fertility.

Schedule

  • Every other Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This position will travel as needed to all SGF offices that are open on weekends.

  • In this role, the

Patient Services Trainer

will

Lead onboarding and role specific orientation for new PSRs, evaluating and ensuring readiness for independent role performance

Design delivers, and continuously improves structured training programs for new and existing staff

Develop and maintains all training materials, SOPs, competency checklists, and reference tools; regularly updates content to reflect changes in workflows, policies, and system enhancements

Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions across offices and regions to support consistency and adoption of workflows

Evaluate training effectiveness and staff performance trends to identify gaps and recommend improvements to leadership

Partner with leadership to support performance reviews, competency assessments, and readiness evaluations

Participate in or leads special projects related to system enhancements, workflow optimization, integrations, or training standardization

Travel to offices for on-site training and evaluation, as well as when needed for operational support

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include

Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient services, customer service, training, or coaching

Experience with NextGen required

Experience evaluating staff performance, coaching, and supporting development preferred

Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer

Ability to demonstrate good judgment and exhibit a positive attitude even in stressful situations

Ability to communicate accurately and concisely: verbally and in writing

Ability to travel regularly to assigned offices and support on-site training and operational needs, to include multi-day site visits

Strong problem solving and project management skills

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
