About The Role
Group Business Controller BI Analyst Finance meets BI, automation and AI Do you enjoy working with numbers and technology? Are you curious about how data, automation and AI can make Finance smarter and more effective? LEMAN is looking for a Group Business Controller BI Analyst who wants to combine hands-on business controlling with BI development and help shape the future of Finance. This is a hybrid role with an approximately 50/50 focus on business controlling and BI. You'll work with budgets, forecasts and performance analysis while also building Power BI solutions, improving reporting processes and exploring new ways to use automation and AI. In other words: you don't just analyse the numbers. You help improve how we work with them. The role You'll join our Finance organisation and report to the Head of Controlling. You'll work closely with colleaguesreit in Finance, IT and across the business, giving you a broad network and plenty of opportunity to influence how we use data and technology. As part of the role, you'll be responsible for controlling activities related to LEMAN Logistics, covering our warehousing operations in Denmark, Norway, the UK and the US. You'll work closely with local logistics directors and lead the monthly performance follow-up. You'll also support Group back-office functions such as People Culture, IT and Commercial with financial analysis, reporting and decision support. Your main responsibilities • Prepare and follow up on budgets, forecasts and financial performance • Analyse results, identify deviations and turn data into clear business insights • Lead monthly performance reviews with local logistics directors • Support Group functions with financial analysis and decision-making • Build and develop reports and dashboards in Power BI • Take ownership of the continued development of BI solutions within Finance • Identify opportunities to improve financial analysis, reporting and processes through automation and AI • Act as the link between Finance, IT and the wider business Who are you? You have a solid foundation in controlling or finance analytics, but you're also genuinely interested in data, technology and how things can be done better. You don't need to be an IT specialist. What matters is that you understand Finance, enjoy working with data and are comfortable getting hands-on with technology. We imagine that you: • Have a relevant degree, such as cand.merc., HD or equivalent • Have around 3–5 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance analytics or BI • Have practical experience with Power BI and SQL • Have an interest in automation, AI and new technology • Understand budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting • Can turn business needs into practical reporting and BI solutions • Communicate confidently with financial, technical and operational stakeholders • Are curious, proactive and comfortable building relationships across the organisation • Enjoy taking ownership and driving things forward • Speak and write Danish fluently and have strong English skills You don't have to tick every box.
