Solution Engineering Manager

Overview The Cloud & AI Platform Solution Engineering Manager leads a high-performing team of Solution Engineers responsible for helping enterprise customers accelerate their digital and AI transformation using Microsoft Cloud <technologies.In> this role, you will build and develop technical talent, drive technical sales excellence, and lead customer engagements that unlock business outcomes through Azure, Data & AI, Analytics, Application Innovation, and emerging AI capabilities. You will work closely with sales, customer success, services, engineering, and partner teams to create customer value and drive Microsoft growth.The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with people leadership, coaching, and executive engagement skills.
