What you´ll do Take ownership and drive Key Strategic Initiatives within the Datacom/Telecom and Power Industrial Automation Strategy Cluster. Own and drive partnerships, investments, and M A opportunities. Form portfolio and resource allocation recommendation, scout and execute concrete future growth opportunities also in light of competitive landscape. Provide strategic business insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decision making and alignment on strategic priorities. Develop long-term strategic investment planning, impacting product portfolio and global manufacturing footprint decisions to support sustainable growth. Lead strategic projects through strong cross-functional stakeholder alignment, KPI governance and execution management. Collaborate and work together with the Market Segment Managers for Datacom/Telecom and Power Industrial Automation. Senior executive stakeholders management.
