About The Role

Build up corresponding automation capability for business
Research global automation benchmark of each product portfolio
Develop automation solution to new technology application in front of business award
Lead and guide to build up China local supplier capability
Review assembly automation equipment mechanical design, assess risk and make mitigation plans
Screen out any potential automation projects that could drive MFG cost saving continuously.
Lead automation line buyoff activities to make sure all equipment performance could meet product and process requirements.
Continuous improvement on machine downtime and FTQ, etc.
Optimize line balance and improve CT of assembly line.
Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement
