Handover Specialist

About The Role
The Handover Specialist at KAIZEN Asset Management Services plays a critical role in ensuring that all new projects are transitioned smoothly from construction to operation. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison among various stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, and clients, to facilitate the successful handover of properties and ensure that all specifications have been met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the handover process for residential and commercial properties to ensure timely completion.
- Review and verify project completion against specifications and client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive handover documentation, including manuals, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the properties prior to handover and identify any issues that need resolution.
- Provide training and support to clients and property management teams on operational procedures and facility usage.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all systems are functional, and all services are in place before handover.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the handover process promptly.
- Gather feedback from clients regarding the handover experience to implement continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project handover, construction, or property management.
- Female applicant only
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving conflicts.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a must
- UAE Driving License and Car
