What you’ll be doing

  • Creation of PDF fillable forms
  • Provide support to staff on presentation and technical documentation development
  • Refresh SharePoint site
  • Organize department reference materials
  • Generate weekly reports from ServiceNow database

What you bring

  • University educated computer science students
  • Proficient in Coding in various forms such as Visual basic, Python, C#, Java Script
  • Microsoft office applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Creation of PDF forms - SharePoint
  • Bilingual in French
