About The Role

Role Overview

Seeking a versatile Senior Creative Designer to translate an evolving brand system into polished, production-ready work across digital, print, apparel, signage, and club environments. Working as a dedicated member of the client team through iSupport Worldwide, this person will turn concise or early-stage briefs into thoughtful creative concepts, present options clearly, and carry approved directions through final delivery.

This is an execution-led brand application role, not a brand-from-scratch assignment. Success requires strong creative judgment, speed, precision, ownership, and the ability to maintain consistency across a high volume of customer-facing touchpoints

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate rough briefs from marketing, operations, product, and leadership stakeholders into clear creative concepts and finished assets.
  • Apply the approved visual identity consistently across apparel, club signage, environmental graphics, wall treatments, door decals, window clings, pull-up banners, direct mail, equipment branding, and other physical touchpoints.
  • Design digital and campaign assets, including email creative, onboarding communications, promotional campaigns, and social content, while balancing print and environmental work.
  • Adapt the brand refresh across existing materials and locations, interpreting design principles thoughtfully rather than relying on one-size-fits-all templates.
  • Develop and present multiple creative routes when appropriate, explain design rationale, and collaborate constructively through feedback and revisions.
  • Prepare accurate production-ready files for external vendors, including correct dimensions, bleed, color profiles, packaging, and output specifications.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requests, priorities, formats, and deadlines with dependable follow-through and clear status communication.
  • Maintain organized working files, version control, and reusable templates to support efficient delivery and future updates.
  • Identify brand gaps, production risks, or inconsistencies early and raise practical recommendations to the client creative lead.
  • Perform a final quality check before handoff to confirm brand accuracy, spelling, alignment, image quality, specifications, and completeness.

Required Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating polished, original, on-brand work across digital, print, and physical or environmental applications. Portfolio quality and relevance are the primary selection criteria.
  • Typically 6+ years of professional design experience; exceptional portfolio strength and demonstrated senior-level capability may be considered in place of a specific tenure.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Advanced InDesign and print-production capability are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret, extend, and consistently apply an established or evolving brand system.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, image selection, and production fundamentals.
  • Experience preparing files for commercial print, large-format output, signage, apparel, or environmental production.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present concepts, receive feedback professionally, and clarify incomplete briefs.
  • Self-directed working style with sound judgment, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to progress work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote stakeholders and maintain dependable availability during agreed client collaboration hours.
  • Tools & Platforms
  • Core: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop | Preferred: Figma, After Effects, and basic video-editing tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting fitness, sports, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, franchise, or other energetic multi-location consumer brands.
  • Working familiarity with Figma for collaboration or light asset support.
  • Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, or basic video editing.
  • Experience building scalable templates and asset systems for distributed teams or locations.
