About The Role
We are seeking a Junior Forecaster to join our dynamic workforce management team. This role is a unique opportunity for a motivated and analytical professional to develop expertise in forecasting, workforce planning, and operational analytics. The Junior Forecaster will play a key role in supporting business-critical forecasting activities, analyzing complex data sets, and helping drive efficiency and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of accurate forecasts for staffing, capacity planning, and operational requirements across multiple teams or business units.
- Collect, clean, and analyze historical and real-time data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform operational decisions.
- Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining forecasting models, reports, and dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, HR, and finance—to ensure forecasts are aligned with organizational objectives and business strategy.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement of methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Participate in workforce management projects and initiatives, providing analytical support that drives operational efficiency, performance optimization, and measurable business impact.
- Translate complex data and forecasting concepts into clear, concise insights for internal teams and leadership.
- Assist in documentation, reporting, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 years of professional direct experience in forecasting , workforce planning, operations analytics, or related fields; internship or project experience is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of workforce management concepts, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and intraday management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and persuasively.
- Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
