About The Role
- 1，负责新分子项目相关的方法确认、转移、验证以及标化实验。
- 2，高效协调资源组织验证实验中的异常调查，确保实验结果的准确性以及GMP符合性。
- 3，配合客户及官方药监部门现场检查及方法学相关资料准备。确保顺利通过审计与检查。
- 4，负责团队内人员培养，工作安排，考核和激励。"
- 1, 5年以上分析相关经验， 2年以上项目验证和团队管理经验，有方法学研究经验者优先。
- 2, 具有测试团队管理经验, 良好的工作协调和沟通能力
- 3, 通过科学的推理确定问题、收集信息、了解事实、得出正确有效结论
