About The Role

  • 1，负责Q TOF方法学研究包括方法优化与方法学验证；监督样品前处理与日常检测流程，确保结果准确可重复。
  • 2，仪器与维护，管理Q TOF及联用设备的运行、维护与故障排查。
  • 3，项目与客户协调，制定项目计划、跟踪进度、协调资源支持项目生产、放行；负责与内外部客户、研发团队的技术对接与交付。
  • 4，日常仪器、测试异常处理，协调资源确保问题及时解决，满足生产出货需求。
  • 1，分析化学、质谱、药物分析、化学或生命科学相关本科及以上；硕士/博士优先。
  • 2，5年以上质谱工作经验、3年以上Q-TOF/高分辨质谱实践经验；至少2年团队或项目管理经验。药代/代谢组/蛋白组或生物制品分析经验优先。
  • 3，核心技术能力，熟练操作Q-TOF及LC Q TOF方法建立、参数优化与故障排查。
  • 4，细致严谨、问题分析与解决能力强，沟通协调能力佳，抗压能力强。
