About The Role

  • 1，负责泰兴QC三部所有检测活动，包括特殊仪器测试，微生物测试，原料测试，数据审核等，支持GMP生产测试、客户委托检测(如有)、稳定性研究等符合cGMP要求。
  • 2，主导测试过程中的异常调查，确保实验结果的准确性以及GMP符合性。
  • 3，定期统计偏差和实验室事件并做评估和制定系统性改进计划
  • 4，接待QC相关的客户审计和政府检查，进行审计报告回复和发现项整改跟踪
  • 5，建设一个高效率的团队，新业务能力开发，培养人才梯队队
  • 1, 5年以上分析相关经验， 2年以上项目验证和团队管理经验，有特殊仪器测试相关经验者优先。3年以上审计接待经验
  • 2, 具有测试团队管理经验, 良好的工作协调和沟通能力
  • 3, 通过科学的推理确定问题、收集信息、了解事实、得出正确有效结论
