About The Role
- 岗位职责
- 1、场景调研与需求分析：现场调研梳理并输出结构化的场景需求文档。
- 2、技术可行性评估：结合机器人能力边界，评估场景落地的技术可行性，识别风险点并给出规避建议。
- 3、方案设计与输出：协同团队，完成机器人选型、末端执行器匹配、工位布局及节拍计算，输出场景评估报告与初步技术方案。
- 4、跨部门协同：与研发、算法、项目管理团队紧密配合，推动评估结论转化为可执行的项目计划，参与方案评审与技术交底。
- 5、现场验证与迭代：支持POC验证或原型测试，收集现场数据，持续优化方案，确保评估结论与实际表现一致。
- 知识沉淀：将典型场景的评估经验、参数模板、风险清单沉淀为标准化知识库，提升团队整体评估效率。
- 任职要求
- 1、本科及以上学历，自动化、机器人工程、机械电子、电气工程等相关专业。
- 2、3年以上工业机器人或智能装备行业经验，有场景评估、售前技术支持或系统集成背景。
- 3、熟悉主流工业机器人品牌（如ABB、FANUC、KUKA、安川、UR等）的性能参数与应用特点。
- 4、具备较强的现场观察力与需求拆解能力，能从模糊的客户描述中提炼关键技术指标。
- 5、熟练使用CAD/SolidWorks等工具进行简单的工位布局与干涉检查。
- 6、熟悉汇川、西门子等PLC，具备电气调试能力。
