About The Role
- 1、负责户储逆变器整机系统方案设计与研发，统筹功率、硬件、软件、结构接口定义，输出系统总体方案、规格书及技术规范；
- 2、确定系统电气拓扑、关键参数与器件选型、缺点结构堆叠方案；
- 2、主导系统需求拆解、方案评审、风险识别，协调跨模块开展样机联调、整机测试与问题闭环；
- 3、跟进产品功能、性能、安规、EMC 及可靠性验证，解决系统级整机故障；
- 4、对接市场需求，输出产品技术可行性评估，沉淀系统；
- 1、本科及以上电子、电力电子、自动化等相关专业；
- 2、8年以上户储逆变器系统研发经验；
- 3、熟悉户储整机架构、电池储能系统逻辑，掌握安规、并网相关标准；
- 4、具备系统需求分析、接口管理与整机问题定位能力，能协调多模块推进项目；
- 5、熟悉软硬件、结构交互设计，有完整户储项目落地经验优先，具备良好跨团队沟通能力。
