About The Role

  • 1、入职后第1年在各业务单位进行轮岗培养，通过轮岗考核后再定岗，定岗后根据岗位方向进行培养；
  • 2、通过熟悉物流行业各个业务板块及产品线，确定匹配自身的职业发展路径。具有专业导师引领，完善的职业发展通道；
  • 3、主要培养有理想、有激情、想干事、肯奋斗的新员工，为青年骨干人才梯队补充新鲜血液，为建设智慧物流平台企业储备运营管理人才：精通物流各个环节，能通过数据运营、流程优化、质量分析、采购管理、风险管控、危机应对等管理工作，控制业务风险、降低运营成本，提升运营质量和效率。
  • 1、大学本科及以上学历；
  • 2、物流管理类/国际经济与贸易类/交通运输类/工业工程类/海事管理类/港口航道类/铁道运输类/数学应用类/经济统计学类/管理科学类等相关专业；
  • 3、英语：CET-4；
  • 4、有理想、有激情，学习能力强；
  • 5、认同文化，愿意与公司共同发展；
  • 6、脚踏实地、愿意从基层岗位做起。
